Role Description
The Enrollment Coordinator is a full-time, remote position. The role involves managing the enrollment process, maintaining accurate student records, coordinating the credentialing process, and serving as a key point of contact for families. The coordinator will provide outstanding customer service, foster strong communication with parents and staff, and ensure a smooth admissions experience for families.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Enrollment Management and Credentialing processes, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build relationships with families, staff, and external partners.
- Strong Communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening abilities.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Service and maintaining a welcoming, professional attitude.
- Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a childcare or education setting is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Respond to parent inquiries
- Schedule tours and follow up with prospective families
- Manage enrollment paperwork and student records
- Maintain waitlists and databases
- Support re-enrollment and family retention
- Assist with administrative and communication tasks
Bonus Skills
- Preschool/daycare experience
- Social media or marketing experience
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
