Role Description

The Enrollment Coordinator is a full-time, remote position. The role involves managing the enrollment process, maintaining accurate student records, coordinating the credentialing process, and serving as a key point of contact for families. The coordinator will provide outstanding customer service, foster strong communication with parents and staff, and ensure a smooth admissions experience for families.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Enrollment Management and Credentialing processes, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build relationships with families, staff, and external partners.
  • Strong Communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening abilities.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Service and maintaining a welcoming, professional attitude.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a childcare or education setting is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to parent inquiries
  • Schedule tours and follow up with prospective families
  • Manage enrollment paperwork and student records
  • Maintain waitlists and databases
  • Support re-enrollment and family retention
  • Assist with administrative and communication tasks
