About the Role
We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Engage & Build Relationships
- Develop strong relationships with senior decision-makers, including executive leadership at large organisations.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer supply chain processes, challenges, and priorities.
- Apply value-based selling techniques, ROI analysis, and executive-level communication.
Educate & Advise
- Help organisations streamline their technology landscape and eliminate data silos through integrated solutions.
- Act as a trusted voice by combining industry expertise with data-driven insights.
- Guide stakeholders toward informed, strategic decisions.
Consultative Selling
- Partner with clients to identify inefficiencies and uncover growth opportunities.
- Align solutions with business objectives to drive measurable outcomes.
- Build long-term relationships as a strategic advisor.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Account Management teams.
- Share market feedback and customer insights to enhance offerings.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-growth environment.
Strategic Impact
- Influence go-to-market strategies through frontline insights.
- Help shape and refine sales approaches and market positioning.
Market Development
- Support expansion into new regions and markets.
- Contribute to building brand presence and market awareness.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience Background
- 5–7+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales.
- Experience managing long, complex sales cycles with a value-based approach.
- Exposure to supply chain, logistics, procurement, or freight industries is preferred.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders (VP and C-level).
- Track record of closing high-value deals (6–7 figures).
- Ability to generate opportunities through personal networks.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Strong experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot).
- Familiarity with modern sales tools (e.g., Gong, Zoom Info, Linked In Sales Navigator, 6sense).
- Ability to manage complex deal cycles and prioritise effectively.
- Experience engaging multiple stakeholders within large accounts.
- Skilled in identifying challenges and articulating business value (ROI/COI).
- Strong account planning and research capabilities.
