Responsibilities
– Engage in direct sales activities to promote our products and services.
– Generate leads through door knocking
– Develop and maintain relationships with clients within your assigned territory.
– Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
– Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
– Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on territory sales plans.
– Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
– Track sales metrics and prepare reports on performance against targets.
Requirements
– Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in a D2D or retail environment.
– Familiarity with software tools that assist in lead generation and sales management.
– Strong understanding of territory sales strategies and inside sales techniques.
– Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
– Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs effectively.
– Experience in retail sales is a plus but not mandatory.
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
