Epoxy Flooring Installer – Store Manager
Are you an experienced epoxy flooring installer ready to take the lead while staying in the industry?
We are looking for someone with real-world epoxy or resinous flooring experience to manage and operate one of our stores serving local contractors.
This role is primarily a full-time, in-store position at one location, where you will be responsible for running the store, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting installers who rely on us for products and technical guidance.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in running a tight operation — the kind of installer whose trailer was always organized, materials were accounted for, and details mattered.
Former installers, crew leads, and foremen are strongly encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the store, including:
Store Operations
- Manage the daily operations of the store
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional environment
- Ensure orders are prepared accurately for contractor pickup
- Make sure the store runs smoothly and efficiently
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory counts
- Receive and verify incoming shipments
- Keep shelves organized and materials properly staged
- Prevent shrinkage and inventory discrepancies
Contractor Support
- Help installers choose the right flooring products and systems
- Answer product and installation questions
- Provide technical guidance based on your field experience
Local Contractor Outreach
- Build relationships with installers in the area
- Reach out to contractors who may benefit from our products
- Help grow the local installer network served by the store
You may also occasionally visit local customer job sites to better understand project needs and support contractors.
Most of your time will be spent working inside the store at a single location.
Experience Requirements
Required
- Hands-on epoxy or resinous flooring installation experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
Not Required
- Retail experience

- Previous store management experience
