Hays Construction is partnered with a national GC with expertise in building retail centers and banks.
The firm is looking to hire an Estimator to be based in New Jersey.
This person will support purchasing for a variety of ongoing projects.
Your new role
Some additional job duties for the Estimator (New Jersey):
– Handle 3–4 projects at a time
– Ground up estimating on retail projects
– Reports to the Chief Estimator
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:
– About 2–4 years of estimating within the retail sector
– Estimating software, MS Office
– Proven track record and good prior tenure are important
What you'll get in return
– Base range of $110-$130K
