We're hiring an Executive Assistant to support our founders as Zealot rapidly scales to serve 20+ countries. This is not a calendar-management role. It's a role for someone who wants to be the operational extension of a founder's brain — someone who removes friction from every hour of their day and makes the impossible feel routine.
What you'll do
- Own the founders' calendars, inboxes, and travel — domestic and international, often on short notice
- Coordinate logistics across time zones: meetings with government customers, investors, foreign partners, and recruits
- Run point on ad-hoc projects that don't belong to anyone else yet — vendor research, event planning, office logistics, whatever's most urgent
- Be the trusted filter between the founders and the outside world
Requirements
- Relentless resourcefulness — you find a way or make one, every time
- Excellent attention to detail across every medium: docs, emails, spreadsheets, spaces
- Love of speed — you default to now and course-correct later
- Discretion with sensitive information
- Median or greater sense of humor
Nice to have
- Experience supporting founders or C-suite executives at high-growth startups
- Background coordinating international travel and logistics
- Familiarity with government or defense-adjacent environments
- Comfort navigating ambiguous, fast-changing priorities across multiple workstreams

Requirements
U.S. citizenship. TS/SCI clearance eligibility (existing preferred). DC-based or willing to relocate; hybrid from our D Street office.
