BioSynova is hiring a full-time, remote Executive Assistant to the CEO, employed by BioSynova and supporting the CEO across both BioSynova and its clinical arm, BioNurture. This is a cross-functional seat: Executive Assistant to the CEO, Practice Manager for the Dallas flagship of our concierge oncology practice, and BioNavigator helping patients onboard into the program. Internally, it's the connective tissue between the CEO, the practice, and the businesses, and the first point of contact patients and partners experience.

Based in Dallas-Fort Worth with occasional travel to Miami. We strongly prefer a candidate who lives in DFW and understands this market and patient demographic.

Day to day

You'll own the CEO's inbox and calendar, build agendas, organize travel, prepare the briefings and reports that keep her a step ahead, and manage the operational rhythm so priorities and deadlines never slip. For BioNurture, you'll carry practice management and serve as the concierge-level front of house, the first voice and face patients and partners meet, coordinating scheduling and communication with warmth and precision. Because the role is patient-facing and touches practice operations, HIPAA training and a signed confidentiality agreement are required, and the BioNavigator function works within strict privacy and compliance standards.

The arc

This role is built to grow. You'll cross-train directly with the CEO across executive support, practice management, and the BioNavigator function, learning how she works and what she expects until you can run it without her. As the practice and the portfolio scale, you'll carry that standard forward and train the next people who step into this role, so it reflects the founder's true vision rather than a job description. The longer arc reaches across Dr. Patel's personal brand, BioNurture, BioSynova, and cross-functional growth work with the startups in the portfolio. It's a front-row seat to building a healthcare technology company, with a real path to scope and ownership for someone who earns it.

Qualifications

  • Executive Assistant or comparable executive support background, ideally partnering directly with C-level leaders.
  • Proficiency in diary management and complex calendar coordination across multiple time zones.
  • A polished, patient-facing presence, with the warmth and professionalism to be the first point of contact for patients and partners and the coordination skills to help run a clinical practice.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including drafting professional emails, presentations, and documents.
  • High level of discretion and judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
  • Self-directed in a fully remote environment, comfortable taking initiative and building processes from the ground up.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools, especially Google Workspace, virtual meeting platforms, and shared project tools.
  • Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement and complete HIPAA awareness training.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
