Executive Assistant to CEO
Key Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree preferred (2 or 4-year degree accepted)
– Minimum 2+ years of experience supporting C-Suite executives, founders, or senior leadership
– Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
– Proven ability to operate effectively in high-growth, fast-moving, and often ambiguous environments
– Strong executive presence, professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
– Highly proactive self-starter with outstanding problem-solving skills and sound judgment
– Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize competing demands, and execute with minimal direction
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
– Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
– Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, and Zoom
– Comfortable working across time zones and maintaining responsiveness in a dynamic executive environment
– Must be authorized to work in the United States
Core Responsibilities
– Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the Founder/CEO, helping optimize efficiency, communication, and execution across all priorities
– Manage complex and constantly evolving calendars, meetings, travel, and scheduling logistics with precision and foresight
– Anticipate conflicts, shifting priorities, and operational needs before they arise and proactively implement solutions
– Act as a gatekeeper and representative of the CEO’s office with professionalism, sound judgment, and confidentiality
– Screen, prioritize, and manage communications including emails, calls, meeting requests, and business correspondence
– Conduct research, gather information, prepare summaries, and organize materials to support executive decision-making
– Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, agendas, spreadsheets, decks, and executive-facing documents
– Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting
– Organize, manage, and streamline administrative and operational workflows for maximum efficiency
– Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and maturity
Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
– Support special projects, operational initiatives, and ad hoc executive requests in a fast-paced environment
– Assist with technology coordination, digital tools, and executive IT support as needed
Compensation & Benefit
– Competitive compensation package: $80,000 – $130,000 base salary + equity opportunity
