What to Expect
This is a full-time, in-office and on-site role. You will work directly alongside the Principals and collaborate with a capable, close-knit team that genuinely enjoys what they do. We move quickly, we hold ourselves to a high standard, and we believe that outstanding client service is the foundation of everything we build.
What You Will Do
- Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple luxury residential projects simultaneously, from pre-construction through final closeout
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and key design consultants including MEP, Civil, and Structural engineers
- Develop and manage detailed project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments
- Lead internal coordination meetings and external consultant calls to keep projects moving efficiently
- Uphold the firm's quality standards at every phase, with a sharp eye for detail and craftsmanship
- Mentor and guide Project Managers and field staff, helping to develop the team from within
- Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and owner reporting
- Travel between the Palm Beach office and active project sites as needed
What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years of project management experience in luxury residential or high-end custom construction
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering — or equivalent field experience
- Proven track record managing projects in excess of $10M
- Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, and the full Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong financial literacy, including budget development, cost control, and forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Professional presentation and genuine care for the client experience
- Comfortable navigating the demands of a fast-paced, boutique environment
