The Executive Vice President of Business Development is a top-tier executive responsible for driving enterprise growth through strategic partnerships, market expansion, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and new business creation.
This role is focused on accelerating long-term revenue growth, expanding geographic and sector presence, and building high-value external relationships that strengthen the company’s competitive position.
The EVP of Business Development acts as a key growth architect for the organization, aligning commercial opportunities with corporate strategy and capital allocation priorities.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Growth Strategy
- Define and lead the company’s global business development and growth strategy.
- Identify high-value expansion opportunities across markets, sectors, and geographies.
- Translate corporate strategy into actionable growth initiatives.
- Partner with CEO and executive team to set long-term growth priorities.
- Build scalable revenue and market expansion models.
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Lead acquisition strategy, target identification, and deal prioritization.
- Oversee due diligence for strategic acquisitions and divestitures.
- Evaluate financial, operational, and strategic fit of potential deals.
- Support negotiation of transaction terms and deal structuring.
- Coordinate post-merger integration planning with operations and finance teams.
Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
- Develop and manage high-value strategic partnerships and joint ventures.

QualificationsEducation
