At Fuchsia Spa, we’re looking for an experienced esthetician who thrives on transforming skin through advanced treatments, customized treatment plans, and medical-grade skincare recommendations.
This is not just a facial room position. We’re seeking someone who is confident in consultations, excited about skin transformations, and motivated to help clients achieve their goals through advanced services, treatment plans, and homecare education.
We invest heavily in marketing and guest retention so you can focus on delivering exceptional results—not building your clientele from scratch.
Compensation
- Hourly pay plus tips, commissions, and team bonuses
- Most estheticians earn $30–$50+ per hour worked based on bookings, performance, retail sales, enhancements, and gratuities

What You’ll Do
- Perform advanced facial treatments including microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and customized corrective facials
- Conduct thorough consultations and skin analyses
- Create individualized treatment plans designed to achieve long-term skin goals
- Recommend medical-grade skincare and educate clients on effective homecare routines
- Build client loyalty through exceptional experiences and visible results
- Confidently discuss treatment packages and ongoing skincare plans
- Maintain accurate treatment notes and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and cleanliness
What We’re Looking For
- Current Arizona Esthetics License
- 2+ years of hands-on esthetics experience required
- Experience performing advanced treatments such as chemical peels and microneedling strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare ingredients and product recommendations
- Confidence in consultations, treatment planning, and client education
- Passion for corrective skincare and achieving visible results
- Self-motivated, growth-minded, and excited to contribute to a positive team culture
