$1K sign on bonus! We are seeking a skilled Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and leading a team to deliver exceptional outdoor maintenance services as well be an organized and effiecent leader.
## Duties
– Supervise and lead a crew (day one) in various landscaping tasks including lawn care, garden maintenance, tree care, and groundskeeping
– Maintain landscapes to ensure they are healthy, clean, and visually appealing
– Oversee the installation of landscapes and the construction of outdoor structures
– Provide guidance and training to crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures
– Coordinate work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects
– Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns

## Experience
– Previous experience in landscape maintenance and construction
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
– Proficiency in a variety of landscaping techniques and equipment operation
– Knowledge of plant care required, irrigation systems, and hardscaping preferred
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
