Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Experienced Painter to join our dynamic construction and renovation team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces, enhance aesthetics, and ensure durable finishes that meet client specifications. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Execute painting tasks using hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, and other equipment to achieve smooth, even finishes.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately determine project scope and specifications.
- Perform specialized painting techniques including industrial painting, restoration work, stucco application, and masonry finishing.
- Install fixtures, trim carpentry, and perform renovation tasks such as framing and drywall finishing to support overall project completion.
- Utilize construction estimating skills to assess material needs and project timelines effectively.
- Maintain safety standards on construction sites by following protocols related to scaffolding, welding, concrete finishing, and working at heights.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential and commercial painting projects with a strong portfolio of completed work.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding equipment, and airless paint spraying systems.
- Knowledge of color theory to advise clients on color selection and application techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately.
- Skills in plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry work, and restoration are highly desirable.
- Experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of safety procedures and site protocols.
- Basic math skills for measuring surfaces and calculating material quantities efficiently.
- Familiarity with schematics for industrial painting or fixture installation is a plus.
- Strong handyman skills including carpentry, welding, concrete finishing, masonry work, remodeling, maintenance tasks, and drywall finishing.
