Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Pool Technician with a background in commercial or HOA pool service. This role is responsible for maintaining multiple community pools, ensuring proper water chemistry, equipment functionality, and overall safety compliance.
This position services commercial/HOA pools only (no residential/backyard pools).
Key Responsibilities
- Service commercial HOA and multifamily pools and spas on a scheduled route
- Maintain proper water chemistry in accordance with health standards
- Perform routine cleaning: brushing, vacuuming, skimming, and tile care
- Inspect and maintain equipment including pumps, filters, valves, and feeders
- Backwash systems and clean filters as required
- Identify, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs
- Report equipment failures, safety concerns, or compliance issues
- Maintain detailed digital service logs with photos
- Ensure pools remain clean, safe, and inspection-ready at all times
Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience servicing commercial, HOA, or multifamily pools
- Strong understanding of water chemistry and LSI balance
- Experience with commercial pool systems and equipment
- Reliable transportation with a truck or large SUV capable of hauling equipment and pool chemicals
- Ability to safely transport and handle chemicals in compliance with safety standards
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily service route
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Knowledge of state/local health code requirements for public pools
- Experience servicing high-volume amenity-style pools
Schedule
- Full-time or part-time available
- Route-based work across multiple communities
- Weekend availability required during peak season (May–October)
- After-hours response for urgent pool issues required

Pay: $750.00 – $1,250.00 per week
