Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Technician
Cleveland Heights (Coventry/Fairmount/Cedar area)
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
on-call rotation
We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to keep our property in top-notch shape.
Your role involves repairs, upgrades, and maintaining a welcoming environment inside and outside our properties.
Essential Job Functions:
- Complete repairs and maintenance tasks on time and as required.
- Help maintain the property’s appearance and amenities.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents.
- Perform various maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of general maintenance tasks.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required during workdays.
- Must have own hand tools.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. We test for marijuana.
