Job Title: Family Advocate

Job Summary: The Family Advocate will work in partnership with parents/ guardians/families to support positive growth in a strength-based family directed manner. This positions will support our CCP sites in Louisville. This position will require frequent travel.

Job Qualification:

• High School diploma/ GED required.
• Must have at a minimum, a credential or certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling or a related field within 18 months of hire.
• Experience working with families and community resources preferred.
• Good interpersonal/communication skills are highly desirable. Experience with a variety of software applications including but not limited to Microsoft programs and ChildPlus ideal.

Compensation: $18.77 – $26.42 Based on Education and Experience.
