Required Qualifications
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a crew
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Ability to work Monday-Saturday as needed
- Ability to travel throughout the Twin Cities metro and surrounding areas
- Follow company procedures, safety standards, and best practices
- Ability to pass a background check if required by clients
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in drop bury, underground utility construction, fiber installation, telecommunications, landscaping, irrigation, or construction labor
- Experience operating trenchers, vibratory plows, pneumatic missiles, mini skid steers, or other underground construction equipment
- Familiarity with utility locates and safe digging practices
- Experience restoring lawns, landscaping, and customer property after installation
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to read basic maps, prints, and locate markings
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $1,500.00 – $3,000.00 per week
