Position Summary
As an FDR Full-time or Part-time, you will service customer accounts throughout Oahu by stocking, merchandising, rotating product, and maintaining clean, organized displays. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain product displays at customer sites according to company/vendor standards.
- Restock shelves, rotate products, and ensure accurate product placement.
- Install promotional materials as directed.
- Ensure product presentation supports brand visibility and sales goals.
- Report stock issues, low inventory, or display concerns.
- Support promotional resets, product launches, and seasonal merchandise.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Collect feedback or observations from retail partners or clients regarding product performance or shelf presence.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow planograms and instructions.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive tasks such as standing, walking, and bending.
- Reliable transportation.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Retail experience
- Sales and Backroom operations experience a plus
Work Hours
Flexible Monday through Friday work schedule may vary, depending on locations. WEEKENDS OFF
