About the Role
We’re looking for a hardworking, reliable Field Service Assistant to support our Field Operations Lead on warranty and repair work across the state. You’ll be the second set of hands on service calls to past customers’ homes — loading and unloading, prepping work areas, helping with repairs, keeping sites clean, and learning the exterior trades from someone who knows them well.
This is a hands-on, physical job with real room to grow. You’ll be in customers’ homes every day, so professionalism and a clean, respectful presence matter as much as a strong work ethic. If you want to learn the trade, take direction well, and build a career in residential exterior work, this is a path to do it.
What You’ll Do
– Assist the Field Operations Lead with window, siding, door, trim, and flashing repairs
– Load, unload, organize, and manage materials and tools on the truck and trailer
– Prep work areas, handle demo, and perform cleanup so every site is left better than we found it
– Help diagnose and complete repairs under direction, taking on more skilled work as you grow
– Maintain a clean, professional presence in customers’ homes — these are people we’ve already served, and the experience needs to reflect that
– Keep tools, vehicle, and inventory organized and work-ready
– Support documentation as needed (photos, notes, materials used)
What You Bring
– Strong work ethic and reliability — you show up, on time, ready to work
– Some hands-on construction, remodeling, or trade experience preferred (windows, siding, carpentry, or general labor); willingness to learn is essential
– Comfortable with physical work in varied weather and field conditions
– Professional, respectful demeanor around customers
– Coachable — you take direction and feedback and put it to use
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to report locations
– Willingness to travel across Colorado with the Field Operations Lead, including occasional longer days
Compensation & Benefits
$22–$30/hour, depending on experience (the higher end is reserved for candidates who already bring solid carpentry skill)

Pay: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour
