We are hiring Field Technicians for hands-on work installing and servicing home technology systems. Work independently, use tools daily, and build a career with strong earning potential and growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Install and service smart home and home technology systems
- Work independently using a company vehicle and tools
- Solve problems and provide great service in customers’ homes
- Use ladders, power tools, and hands-on skills daily
- Earn additional income through performance bonuses and upgrades
Pay and Perks
- Paid training (4–6 weeks) in PA or VA
- Company vehicle and gas card (take home daily)
- Competitive pay with performance bonuses and commission opportunities
- Top performers can earn up to $40 per hour in peak weeks

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Comfortable working at heights (ladders up to 40 feet)
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in tight spaces
