Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
- Analyze financial performance and deliver actionable insights to leadership
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Partner with business units to support strategic initiatives and investments
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and key financial metrics
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Improve financial processes, controls, and reporting systems
- Support audits, tax filings, and external financial reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A roles
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience working with financial systems (e.g., Excel, ERP platforms)
- Ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
