Financial Planning Analyst Jobs in Miami, FL at AmeriKooler, LLC
Title: Financial Planning Analyst
Company: AmeriKooler, LLC
Location: Miami, FL
Financial Planning Analyst — AmeriKooler | Miami, FL | On-site | Full-time | $75,000 – $90,000
About us: AmeriKooler is a brand of Ark Manufacturing — one of the fastest-growing manufacturers of food service equipment in the United States. We believe American manufacturing is the future of this economy, and we're building accordingly. With operations in Florida, Ohio, and across the Southeast, we're in active acquisition mode — adding companies, expanding capabilities, and scaling fast. This is a team that's building something real.
The opportunity: As we acquire and integrate new manufacturing businesses, we need sharp financial talent to help us keep them on track and performing. That's where you come in. We're expanding our finance team to build best-in-class infrastructure across a growing multi-entity organization — and this role sits right at the center of it. You'll work directly with senior leadership, have visibility into M&A activity from day one, and do work that genuinely shapes how we grow.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models across multiple entities
- Analyze performance variances and translate findings into clear recommendations for leadership
- Develop KPI dashboards and reporting tools that give us real-time visibility into our businesses
- Support acquisition due diligence and post-close financial integration
- Partner with operations and executive teams to pressure-test assumptions and identify margin opportunities
- Flag trends, risks, and opportunities before they become problems
What we're looking for
- 3–6 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting — manufacturing or distribution background a strong plus
- Strong financial modeling skills; you build scenarios, not just spreadsheets
- Experience working across multiple entities or in a multi-site environment
- Advanced Excel; ERP or BI tool experience is a bonus
- Clear communicator who can translate numbers into decisions
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, CFA, or FP&A cert a plus
- Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment — not someone who needs things to slow down
Why this role
- Direct exposure to M&A activity at a company actively acquiring and integrating businesses
- High visibility with executive leadership — your work informs real strategic decisions
- Ground-floor opportunity to help build a finance function that scales with the company
- Miami headquarters, collaborative team, and a company with genuine momentum
- Competitive compensation: $75,000 – $90,000 base depending on experience
