Finish Carpenter / Finish Carpentry Crew (1099 Subcontractor)
Residential Interior Remodels – Denver Metro
Flatiron Home Solutions is seeking an experienced finish carpenter or small finish carpentry crew to partner with us on ongoing residential interior remodel projects throughout the Denver metro area.
This is a 1099 subcontractor relationship, not a W-2 position.
Scope of Work
Subcontractors will be responsible for finish-focused carpentry and related interior remodel tasks, which may include:
- Interior demo as needed
- Cabinet installation (kitchens, vanities, built-ins)
- Trim carpentry (base, case, crown, doors, windows)
- Framing adjustments related to remodel work
- Punch-out and finish detailing
- Coordinating with other trades on site
- Basic understanding of adjacent trades (drywall, flooring, paint, plumbing/electrical coordination)
You will be working on occupied and unoccupied homes, often on design-driven, mid- to high-end projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a finish carpenter or finish carpentry crew
- Ability to self-manage scope and quality on assigned work
- Strong attention to detail and clean jobsite standards
- Ability to read plans and work from design intent
- Professional communication with our PM and field supervisor
Subcontractor Requirements
- 1099 subcontractor (must provide W-9)
- General liability insurance (COI required)
- Proper licensing where applicable
- Own tools and transportation
- Ability to pull permits not required
- You control your schedule and availability
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $750.00 – $2,000.00 per week
