Job Summary
Established Fire Protection Company seeking immediate needs for multiple Fire Alarm Lead Installers. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years in installation of Fire Alarm Systems. This is to include running crews of at least 2-6 in new construction. Current Jobsites all over the DFW Area and outside of the DFW Area.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Installation of fire alarm systems
- Installation of VESDA Systems
- Conduit experience not required but is a plus
- Troubleshoot wiring and equipment issues
- Experience working on new construction and existing system service
- Comfortable using power tools, operating scissor lifts, and working on ladders throughout the day
- On call rotation
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the fire alarm, electrical, or low voltage industry
- Construction experience combined with field service expertise is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Ability to work with crew as assigned
- Read and comprehend building plans
- Valid driver’s license and good driving records
- Must meet applicable background screening requirements
- Basic computer skills
- NICET certification is a plus
- Texas Fire Alarm License Required
