Key Responsibilities:
- Safely direct traffic through active work zones
- Coordinate with utility crews to maintain smooth traffic flow
- Set up and remove traffic control devices (cones, signs, barricades)
- Protect the safety of workers, motorists, and pedestrians
- Follow all DOT and company safety regulations
- Communicate clearly with team members, clients, and the public
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Smartphone for scheduling, communication, and time tracking
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday–Friday, up to 40 hours/week (hours may vary with weather or project demands)
- Overtime opportunities during peak seasons
