Position: Floral Associate
Location: Jackson, NJ
Schedule: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Floral Designer to support the preparation, packaging, and assembly of décor items and floral arrangements. This role is essential to ensuring our customers receive beautifully crafted pieces and an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create elegant, high-end floral arrangements with a strong sense of color and shape
- Organize and restock inventory and warehouse materials
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and efficient workspace
- Prepare orders for shipment following established guidelines
- Handle products and materials with attention to detail and quality
- Support the team with daily warehouse tasks as needed
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work neatly and efficiently
- Positive attitude, good communication skills, and willingness to learn
- Reliability and punctuality are essential
