We are looking for a dedicated, energetic, and team-oriented Food Runner to join our fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is essential in delivering an exceptional dining experience by ensuring food is served quickly, accurately, and with great presentation. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests promptly, ensuring accuracy and proper presentation
- Support servers by bussing tables, refilling drinks, and assisting with guest needs
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience
- Utilize the Focus POS system for order tracking and communication as needed
- Provide friendly and attentive service by responding to guest inquiries and special requests
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is a plus, but not required
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while staying detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to support team members
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Weekend availability is required
