Sixon Concessions is a moderate size Food Truck business based in Gilbert, AZ. We are professional, passionate company and our goal is to provide exceptional food and customer service, while having fun at the best festivals in the Western USA. We take great pride in our craft and we are looking for like minded team members to join us.
We are looking for staff for our upcoming summer tour in the following locations…
North Dakota/South Dakota
Fargo July 16-18
Sturgis August 6-16
If you are interested in travelling we have several other events in August that you may be able to join us for.

Responsibilities:
– Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner
– Take customer orders and accurately input them into the POS system (Aloha POS)
– Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and portion sizes
– Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food service area
– Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
– Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales
– Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
– Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines for proper food handling
Experience:
– Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
– Familiarity with Clover POS system is a plus
– Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours
– Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating order totals
Requirements:
– Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
– Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
