We think the world needs more software – and that anyone (not just engineers!) should build it.
If you love working hard, moving fast, and shipping products that reach millions, we’d love to hear from you.
Fillout, our no-code builder for forms, scheduling, and workflows, serves:
- 10s of millions of end users per month
- 50k+ monthly active teams
- At double-digit monthly growth
Zite, our second product, launched in April 2025 and is the fastest growing product we've ever worked on.
If we get it right, we think Zite and Fillout have a chance to change how people build and use software in every vertical.
Revenue since launch (double-digit growth for 30+ months)
A lean, ambitious team gets more done, takes on more ownership, and builds higher quality products.
We out-ship teams 100x our size. And we have fun doing it!
Don’t take our word for it – check out our changelog.
We're backed by 20+ top investors, including Dylan Field (Figma CEO), Nat Friedman (GitHub CEO), Jack Altman (Lattice CEO), Elad Gil, Greg Rosen, Lachy Groom & Cristina Cordova (Linear COO).
Zite has negative lifetime burn.
Our team is fully remote. We want to work with the best people, regardless of where you live.
We get together in person several times a year. Mostly recently our EPD team met up for a hackathon offsite in Barcelona.

What role are you interested in?:
As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Zite, you'll build many of the core user experiences across our products — including apps, forms, scheduling, websites, and database. We're looking for someone who's an expert at frontend development, especially with React, Next.js, TypeScript and Tailwind. You should have a strong grasp of performance, component architecture, and building interfaces that feel fast and intuitive.
You'll collaborate closely with our design team to implement a consistent, extensible design system. You don’t need to be a designer, but you should care about the details and enjoy bringing great designs to life.
We move fast and hold a high bar for quality. 5+ years of experience building frontend-heavy applications is required.
As Fillout’s first Support Manager, you’ll lead and level up our growing support team.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure every customer interaction with Fillout is top-tier—aiming for the top 1% of SaaS support experiences. You’ll coach and manage the team, refine processes, and set a high bar for speed and quality. You’ll also partner closely with our product and engineering teams, bringing in insights from customer conversations to help shape what we build next.
This role is equal parts strategy and execution. You’ll set priorities, design processes, and leverage new technologies (including AI) to redefine what’s possible in support, while keeping personalized, human interaction at the heart of the customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the team: Mentor and develop a high-performing support team across time zones, creating clear career paths and coaching for growth.
- Raise the bar: Own and improve core metrics like CSAT, response time, backlog, and handle time. Build processes that deliver speed, consistency, and quality.
- Shape the product: Capture and share customer feedback systematically, championing the customer perspective in cross-functional discussions.
- Build the foundation: Create and maintain training, playbooks, response templates, and knowledge systems that help the team scale effectively.
- Collaborate deeply: Partner with product, engineering, and GTM teams to resolve complex challenges, influence priorities, and design scalable processes.
- Innovate with AI: Pioneer automation and intelligent routing approaches that improve efficiency without losing the human touch.
What Makes You a Fit:
- 6+ years in technical customer support or success, ideally in SaaS products.
- 3+ years leading high-performing support teams.
- A balance of strategic vision and willingness to get hands-on.
- Strong operational chops, AKA building data-driven workflows, using metrics to guide decisions, and planning capacity with precision.
- Excitement about the role of AI in shaping the future of support (bonus for experience with Intercom FinAI).
- Adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
You will join as Fillout’s founding designer. This is a senior position.
The role is incredibly varied. You’ll work on Fillout’s brand, own the marketing site, help with marketing projects & launches and help with the UI/UX of the Fillout editor itself (including forms, scheduling, workflows, e-signatures, documents & more).
You’ll work closely with our founders (Dominic & Antony) as well as our engineering team and external design partners for certain projects. Over time you will grow and manage the design team at Fillout, but we are looking first and foremost for someone who is a doer (like all of us at Fillout today!).
