About The Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Front-End Web Developer to join our dynamic web development team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting user-centric experiences and possess strong skills in web design and development. This role involves maintaining and enhancing existing websites, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with design standards, and contributing to projects aimed at improving scalability, performance, and usability across our platform. The position offers an hourly rate between $18.00 and $20.00, depending on experience and skills. The successful candidate will work in a supportive environment that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, with access to a private and secure workspace and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

  • Strong educational background in Computer Science or a related field
  • Proficient understanding of CSS, JavaScript, and HTML
  • Experience with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms such as SASS
  • Knowledge of accessibility and performance standards in web development
  • Strong eye for design and web aesthetics
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
  • Experience with cloud services like Amazon AWS
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot
  • Understanding of continuous integration methodologies
  • Fast learner with excellent collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated with strong time management abilities

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance existing websites using CSS, JavaScript, and HTML
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure website requests align with overall design and best practices
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving platform scalability, performance, and usability
  • Ensure websites meet accessibility and performance standards
  • Implement design updates and new features based on client and internal requirements
  • Utilize version control and continuous integration tools to streamline development workflows
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving website issues promptly
  • Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies
