We’re excited to bring TOUS les JOURS, a beloved French-Asian bakery café, to Fulshear, TX! We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic Front-of-House team members to help us deliver warm hospitality and premium service to every guest—whether they walk in or drive through.
This is a great opportunity to join the founding team and grow with us as we expand throughout the Katy–Fulshear area.
We Are Looking for Front-of-House Team Members
In this role, you’ll be the face of TOUS les JOURS—greeting guests, handling orders at the counter and drive-through, and crafting delicious beverages. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and love all things bakery, we’d love to hear from you!
Morning Shift – 1 PM to 9 PM
Responsibilities Include:
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu
- Take and process orders at the front counter and drive-through window
- Prepare and serve hot/cold drinks including coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
- Use the POS system to manage orders, payments, and receipts
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming service area
- Support food and bakery item presentation at the display case
- Ensure all drinks and service meet TOUS les JOURS quality standards
- Assist with closing, and general store upkeep as needed
- Work closely with kitchen and baking staff to ensure efficient service flow
- Uphold health and food safety standards at all times

What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, customer-first attitude
- Previous experience in hospitality, QSR, coffee shops, or bakery is a plus
- Drive-through experience is highly valued
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash/card transactions
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
