Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our screen-printing production team. This position is responsible for catching shirts as they come off the dryer, inspecting for quality, folding, stacking, and preparing orders for the next stage of production.
Responsibilities
- Catch and stack shirts coming off the dryer conveyor
- Inspect printed garments for quality issues
- Fold, sort, and package finished products
- Maintain an organized and clean work area
- Assist with production and shipping tasks as needed
Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in screen printing, warehouse, manufacturing, or production environments
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
