What You’ll Lead:
· All dealership operations – sales, service, parts, finance, and administration
· Strategic planning and execution to achieve profitability goals
· High-performing team of department managers and staff
· Boat and RV inventory management and purchasing decisions
· Customer experience and satisfaction across all touchpoints
· Manufacturer relationships and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For:
· 7-10+ years of dealership management experience (marine, RV, or automotive)
· 3-5+ years as General Manager or multi-department leader
· Proven track record of profitability and team development
· Strong P&L management and financial acumen
· Exceptional leadership and communication skills
· Strategic thinker with hands-on execution abilities
