Role Description The Global Account Director is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading strategic relationships with key global clients and driving account growth. This role oversees end-to-end account management, including developing account plans, identifying new revenue opportunities, and aligning internal resources to meet client objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading client meetings, managing complex contract negotiations, coordinating sales operations activities, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services. The Global Account Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide guidance to regional account leads, monitor account performance, and report on progress to senior leadership. This role requires proactive communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to build trusted, long-term partnerships with executive-level stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Account Management skills, including experience with global or enterprise-level clients and strategic account planning.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Contract Negotiation, with a proven ability to manage complex agreements and align terms with business objectives.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Operations skills, including pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue growth strategy.
- Candidates should possess demonstrated Team Leadership capabilities, including leading cross-functional teams and mentoring account or sales professionals.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include excellent communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and comfort working in a remote, international environment.
- Experience managing global accounts, familiarity with CRM tools, and a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets are highly advantageous.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
