BC Companies, LLC is building high-end, American-assembled golf carts right here in Loxley, Alabama. We are changing the golf cart industry by building premium custom carts from the frame up — and we need a skilled Automotive/Golf Cart Painter to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
- Sanding and prepping bodies for paint
- Priming and sealing surfaces
- Custom painting and color design
- Two-tone and multi-color layouts
- Professional HVLP/spray gun work
- Paint booth operations
- Mixing and matching colors
- Applying vinyl graphics and decals
- Touch-ups and refinishing
- Producing consistent, high-quality results
Requirements:
- 2+ years of automotive, marine, or industrial painting experience
- Spray gun experience required
- Bodywork and paint prep experience
- Color mixing and paint finishing knowledge
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Attention to detail — we build premium carts and quality matters
- Ability to work with a team and meet production timelines
