We’re a full-service print shop looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team!

What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on role that goes beyond design. You’ll be involved in the full process:
- Designing, proofing, ordering, and preparing files for print
- Working directly with customers (phone + walk-ins)
- Assisting in print production and signage
- Operating equipment (copiers, wide format printers, cutters, etc.)
- Packaging and preparing jobs for delivery or shipment
- Keeping the shop clean and organized
No two days are the same—you’ll jump in wherever needed!
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design (or similar)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite + Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Basic math skills (fractions, decimals)
- Reliable transportation

Position Details
- Pay: $18–$21/hour (based on experience)
- Hours: 40+ per week
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:15 PM
- Location: Forest Lake, MN
- Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
