We are currently seeking a full-time, experienced, and people-focused Veterinary Practice Manager who can balance big-picture leadership with a strong, hands-on presence in the hospital.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with leadership to guide long-term growth, oversee high-level operations, and ensure the hospital runs efficiently and cohesively. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on strategy and big-picture thinking while still remaining present and supportive in the day-to-day. You’ll empower your team, identify opportunities for improvement, and help foster a positive, sustainable culture that drives overall practice success.

As the Practice Manager at Gregory Veterinary Clinic your key experience and qualifications should include:
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
- Experience in veterinary or healthcare practice management preferred
- Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) certification, or interest in obtaining
- Fear Free handling skills and/or certification preferred
- Proficiency with PIMs software, Digitails, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with QuickBooks, IDEXX in house analyzers, Zoetis Imagyst and Antech reference labs
- Ability to analyze operations and implement effective solutions
- Strong team player with innovative problem-solving skills and a proactive, forward-thinking mindset.
- Ability to de-escalate stressful situations with empathy and professionalism
- Ability to maintain a positive and supportive practice culture
- Demonstrated strength in leadership and team development
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds (e.g., food bags, records, equipment)
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, with occasional bending, stooping, and reaching
- Comfortable working in a clinical environment with noise, odors, animal waste, injury risk, and infectious diseases
