Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Groundskeeper/Handy Man Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of skills related to maintenance, landscaping, and general repairs. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and efficiently to ensure that properties are well-maintained and visually appealing.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and upkeep of buildings and grounds.
- Conduct landscape maintenance, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and planting flowers.
- Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of gardens and lawns.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
- Assist with gardening duties, including weeding, mulching, and soil preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to complete larger projects as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Some carpentry assistance
Skills
- Proficiency in lawn care techniques and landscaping practices.
- Strong knowledge of horticulture principles and gardening methods.
- Experience using hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and power tools like lawnmowers and trimmers.
- Ability to perform maintenance tasks with attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Willing to travel once or twice a year

- Valid Drivers License
