Growth Lead, Dallas–Fort Worth Jobs in Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex at Sail AI

Title: Growth Lead, Dallas–Fort Worth

Company: Sail AI

Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex

About Wivibo

Wivibo is the social network of the food world, connecting foodies, creators, and the restaurants they love. We're building one network where people find their next favorite spot through the people they trust, the places they discover, and an AI that learns what they're actually in the mood for. We build it one city at a time.

The iOS app is live. Android ships next. DFW depth first, then Austin and Houston.

About the role

This role lives in the city. Shooting Reels on a Bishop Arts patio. Dropping in on Plano coffee shops. Working an SMU campus activation. Replying to TikTok comments at 9 PM on a Tuesday.

You're the local owner of Wivibo's growth in DFW. You own what happens on the ground.

What you'll do

  • Own Wivibo's social presence (Instagram, TikTok, short-form video) end-to-end. Shoot, edit, post, engage.
  • Capture the DFW food scene on camera: restaurants, neighborhoods, campuses, events, signature moments.
  • Build organic relationships with DFW food creators, neighborhood communities, and campus groups.
  • Coordinate with Wivibo's founding partner restaurants on table tents, QR codes, signage, and on-the-ground activations.
  • Capture user and operator feedback from the field weekly and feed it back to the product team.
  • Track and report what's working across channels: organic content, partnerships, campus activations, restaurant distribution.
  • Share a weekly summary: what shipped, what worked, what didn't, what's next.

What we're looking for

  • Based in Dallas–Fort Worth and active across the metro: Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Fort Worth, Arlington, Addison, Richardson, McKinney, Irving, Highland Park.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce TikTok and Reels content independently. Portfolio examples of content you personally shot, edited, and grew an audience with.
  • Strong understanding of the DFW food scene. Independents, neighborhoods, creators, what's actually happening on a Friday night.
  • Comfortable being out in the city multiple times per week.
  • Comfortable speaking with people in person: diners, restaurant owners, creators, community members, students.
  • Growth-oriented thinking. Signups, activation, retention, attribution, channel ROI.
  • Hands-on executor.
  • Organized enough to track results and communicate them weekly.

Nice to have

  • Experience with consumer apps, food and hospitality, local marketplaces, or campus marketing.
  • Existing relationships with DFW food creators (Dallasites101, D Magazine, Eater Dallas, food-side of DFW TikTok).
  • Familiarity with attribution links, social analytics, weekly reporting.
  • DFW press relationships (D Magazine, Side Dish, The Dallas Morning News, Eater Dallas).

Not a fit if

  • You're remote or unable to be in DFW multiple times per week.
  • You only want to manage strategy without producing or publishing content yourself.
  • You're an agency.
  • You only want brand work without accountability to growth numbers.

Compensation and hours

$40–50/hr based on experience. Two-week paid trial at 10 hrs/week. After that, 15–20 hrs/week ongoing. Launch or event weeks may flex to 25 hrs.

Growth path

Starts as a part-time contract. For the right person, this grows into a full-time Dallas Growth Lead or Head of Growth role as Wivibo scales and raises its seed round.

How to apply

Apply through LinkedIn with three things:

  1. Your LinkedIn profile
  2. Two to three examples of social content, local campaigns, or community growth work you personally created or led. Links or screenshots.
  3. A 14-day plan: three specific actions you'd take in your first two weeks, one DFW creator or community you'd engage, and one success metric you'd track.

Applications without the 14-day plan won't be reviewed. We want to see how you think operationally.

Upload your CV/resume or any other relevant file. Max. file size: 800 MB.
