Title: Growth Operations Associate (SEA Relocation opportunity)
Company: Subscribed
Location: San Francisco, CA
About Subscribed.fyi
Pius Binder, formerly a Product Analyst at Meta and the first product growth hire at Canva, is building something new in Bangkok and needs a right-hand person to help run it.
Subscribed.fyi helps leading software companies like Pipedrive, Hostinger, Similarweb, NordVPN, Tidio, and Photoroom get discovered and trusted in the age of AI. Think of it as the visibility and reputation layer for software, a category that barely existed two years ago and is now one of the fastest-moving spaces in tech.
The company is backed by Sean Ellis (first marketing hire at Dropbox, employee #7), FirstPick VC (Speedinvest, Blackbird), and angels from Google, Meta, Apple, and Goldman Sachs. We're on track for seven-figure revenue within the next twelve months.
Visa sponsorship is provided.
What You'll Actually Do
This isn't a rotation programme. You'll have real ownership from the start:
- Learn the business end-to-end: sit in on founder calls, client meetings, and investor updates from week one.
- Lead delivery: take ownership of key client accounts like Hostinger and Similarweb, becoming the person clients trust and rely on.
- Build the team: help hire, onboard, and develop our Philippines-based operations crew, with support from our local lead.
- Drive growth: contribute directly to scaling revenue through better systems, smarter processes, and strong client relationships.
- Run investor comms: prepare board updates and quarterly reports alongside the founder.
- Shape how we work: you'll have a genuine voice in how this company operates and grows.
What We're Looking For
We don't have a checklist of degrees or job titles. Here's what actually matters:
- You get things done without being told twice.
- You're comfortable with ambiguity and find structure where others see chaos.
- You think clearly, communicate well, and take feedback seriously.
- You care about quality, in your work and in how you treat people.
- You want to build something, not just support someone who is.
- Moving to Bangkok genuinely excites you, not just as a career move but as a life one.
A background in business, economics, engineering, or anything analytical is a plus, but we've hired for raw ability before and will do it again.
The Equity Path
After proving mutual fit, you'll have the option to make a modest personal investment and transition into a real ownership stake with profit-sharing rights alongside the founding partners. This is not a token gesture. It's how we align incentives for the long term.
Life in Bangkok
The founder works Monday through Saturday. Saturdays are lighter, with creative sessions, experiments, and big-picture thinking. The culture is direct, collaborative, and fast. You'll be challenged often and supported equally.
Bangkok is an incredible city to be young and ambitious in. Low cost of living, world-class food, a growing startup scene, and a timezone that puts you close to both European and Asian markets.
Why This, Why Now
Most early-career roles ask you to wait your turn. This one asks you to step up.
You'll leave this experience having built real operational muscle, a network that includes investors and operators from the world's best companies, and potentially a meaningful stake in a business you helped create.
- If you're a recent graduate or early in your career and this resonates, don't talk yourself out of applying. We mean it.
