The Role
We are seeking a Guest Experience Concierge & Whitening Specialist who thrives in a high-touch, detail-oriented environment.
This role blends luxury hospitality with hospitality-driven clinical support, helping create a seamless and elevated experience for every guest.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and guide guests with warmth and professionalism
- Create a calm, elevated environment throughout each visit
- Perform professional whitening treatments (training provided)
- Educate guests on services and aftercare—without pressure
- Support studio flow, cleanliness, and overall experience
Who You Are
- Warm, polished, and detail-oriented
- Passionate about wellness, aesthetics, and guest care
- Experience in hospitality, dental, spa, or client-facing roles
- A strong communicator who values education over sales
- Aligned with a calm, intentional, experience-first environment
Compensation & Schedule
- Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
- Part-time or full-time opportunities
- Some evenings and/or weekends preferred
