Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with enthusiasm, offering personalized solutions to enhance their stay.
- Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers promptly and courteously.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met swiftly.
- Assist with night audit procedures when required, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and balanced.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enrich guest experiences.
- Address guest concerns proactively, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for guest relations.
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to communicate effectively with international guests.
- Experience in front desk operations, including handling reservations and guest inquiries.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive interactions.
