✨What You’ll Do:
- Deliver personalized haircuts, color, and styling services that reflect each client’s unique vibe
- Build genuine relationships with clients through trust, intention, and consistent service
- Recommend take-home products that help clients maintain their look between visits
- Upsell add-on services that elevate the guest experience (never pushy, always thoughtful)
- Support newer stylists by sharing knowledge and offering encouragement
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready for your next guest
- Stay inspired with ongoing education and stay connected to current trends
✨What We’re Looking For:
- A current cosmetology license
- Confidence and experience behind the chair—bonus points for a strong portfolio
- A natural communicator who makes clients feel seen, heard, and cared for
- Someone who understands how to talk about retail without the hard sell
- A team player who believes in lifting others up
- A love for the industry and a desire to keep growing
