Hardscape Technician – Grounds & Facilities

Full-Time | Hands-On | No Two Days the Same

If you’re the kind of person who enjoys figuring things out, working with your hands, and taking pride in fixing, building, and improving—this is not your typical maintenance role. This position offers variety, independence, and the opportunity to expand your skills across multiple trades in a dynamic environment.

As a key member of our Grounds Maintenance team, you’ll tackle a wide range of projects that keep our community looking its best and running smoothly. From troubleshooting electrical issues to building and repairing structures, you’ll play an important role in both maintaining and improving our facilities.

  • Step in wherever needed—this role requires flexibility and a willingness to take on diverse tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a trade (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, or similar)
  • A problem-solver mindset—someone who can assess situations and develop solutions independently
