Full-time Equipment Operator to join our team in Tucson, AZ.
The Position:
The Equipment Operator will be responsible for the safe operation of equipment and the maintenance of all equipment. The position requires a high level of safety awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safely operate graders, loaders, excavators, backhoes, skid steers, and other equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained.
- Report any damage to equipment or damage to the supervisor.
- Maintain safe working conditions at all times.
- Follow all company safety rules and regulations.
- Complete required paperwork.
- Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor or company executives.
Hiring requirements:
– Minimum three years’ experience in a high-volume, fast-paced heavy equipment
grading/excavation environment.
– Operating heavy equipment around underground and/or overhead utilities.
– Must be able to read and understand drawings, specifications, safety and quality
standards and effectively utilize all trade tools and equipment relevant to the work.
– Verification of work eligibility required upon hire
– Reliable transportation
- Due to position being "Safety Sensitive" candidates are required to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening. Company has a ZERO drug and alcohol policy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $51,000.00 – $71,000.00 per year
