Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Crown Stand-Up Reach Truck or Forklift experience
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently following standard procedures
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Ability to stand, stoop, lift (up to 50 lbs), and remain on feet for full shifts
• Willingness to work flexible hours or alternate shifts when needed
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot in summer, cold in winter)
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide); calculator use helpful
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Experience with RF scanners
  

Job Responsibilities

• Locate product and manage inventory across physical warehouse locations
• 
  Load and unload shipments safely; move merchandise to assigned locations
• 
  Pick, receive, replenish, and stage product using RF scanning equipment
• Ensure accurate, damage-free inbound and outbound shipments; report any discrepancies
• 
  Stack and store merchandise efficiently in designated warehouse areas
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure proper operation
• Communicate with leadership to resolve damages, shortages, or quality issues
• Support labeling, staging, and operational flow for warehouse efficiency
• Assist other departments and take on additional duties as needed
