Location: Columbus, OH

Position Overview

We are hiring reliable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care to clients in the Chardon area. This role focuses on helping individuals remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping

• Support mobility, transfers, and daily routines

• Provide medication reminders (non-clinical)

• Monitor and report changes in condition

• Maintain accurate documentation

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time available

• Friday 6:30AM – 9:30AM and 6:00PM – 11:00PM

• Saturday and Sunday 8:00AM – 12:00PM and 7:00PM – 11:00PM

Pay

• $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

• (Based on experience and certification)

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• HHA certification required (STNA preferred)

• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation

• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

• Reliable and consistent attendance

Preferred

• Previous caregiving or home health experience
