Homze specializes in flooring, roofing, windows, siding, gutters, and exterior/interior painting. We’re looking for experienced canvassers who know how to engage homeowners, generate appointments, and produce results.
We are seeking motivated professionals with proven door-to-door experience who want stable hourly pay, bonus opportunities, and room for advancement.
Minimum 2 years of door-to-door canvassing experience required.

What You’ll Do
- Canvass residential neighborhoods to generate qualified homeowner appointments
- Introduce homeowners to Homze’s home improvement services
- Schedule appointments for our sales team
- Represent Homze professionally in the community
- Meet and exceed daily appointment goals
- Accurately track canvassing activity and results
- Work closely with team leaders and management
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 2 years of door-to-door canvassing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable approaching homeowners and initiating conversations
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to walk for extended periods and work outdoors
Preferred
- Home improvement industry experience
- Roofing, windows, siding, bath remodeling, solar, or exterior remodeling experience
- Appointment-setting experience
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday-Friday
- Some evenings and Saturdays may be required
