Hope Community Resources, Inc. is a non-profit disabilities service provider based in Anchorage, Alaska. Founded in 1968, our company provides services and supports to people of all ages and abilities who experience an intellectual, developmental, or other disability, traumatic brain injury, or mental health challenge.

As a Hope Assisted Living Home Supervisor, you’ll oversee the daily operations of assigned assisted living homes while leading and developing a team of Resident Managers, Lead’s, and Direct Support Professionals. You’ll ensure individuals receive high-quality, person-centered supports by providing coaching, fostering accountability, and maintaining compliance with state licensing requirements and organizational standards. This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring others, building strong teams, and creating environments where both employees and the people we support can thrive.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, Social Science, Special Education or a related field required. Emphasis of study in developmental disabilities strongly preferred. Experience in lieu of education may be accepted on a two for one basis in appropriate fields.
• Four years of experience working in social services required, two years of which involving responsibility in case management and supervision required. Experience in residential services strongly preferred.
