About the Role
We are looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable Hospitality Team Members to join our team. This role is the face of our restaurant and plays a key part in creating a welcoming, positive guest experience. You’ll assist guests at the counter, handle orders and payments, serve pizza by the slice, and help keep the front of house clean, organized, and running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Greet every guest warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Take dine-in, carryout, and online pickup orders accurately
- Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions
- Serve pizza slices and other menu items quickly and neatly
- Answer guest questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby, dining room, beverage station, and counter areas
- Restock front-of-house supplies, drinks, napkins, boxes, and utensils
- Assist with packaging takeout and delivery orders
- Work with kitchen team to ensure accurate and timely service
- Help create a clean, welcoming, family-friendly environment
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong people skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling cash and technology/POS systems
- Team player with a sense of urgency
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Pay: $14.00 – $18.00 per hour
